My research examines work in health care services within interprofessional teams and between teams, service users and organizations. I am particularly interested in how education/learning enable collaboration and implementation of evidence based practice. My papers have been published in academic, health care management outlets or health, such as  BMJ, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews and Human Resources for Health .
